Kassrawy Group raises JAC JS2 2027 prices by EGP 20,000

Kassrawy Group, the agent of the Chinese brand JAC in Egypt, announced a price increase of EGP 20,000 for the locally assembled JS2 crossover, model year 2027. The increase came in October.
The move comes as a wave of inflation hits the car market. It has pushed up the prices of dozens of models by as much as EGP 100,000.
New JS2 price
According to the agent's latest published list, the Smart trim of the JS2, which is currently available, now costs EGP 795,000. It was EGP 775,000 before.
What the JS2 offers
- Engine: 1.5-litre, producing 113 hp and 146 Nm of torque, with an automatic gearbox.
- Comfort and tech: multifunction steering wheel, air conditioning, cruise control, Bluetooth and parking sensors.
- Safety: airbags, ABS, EBD, ESP, tyre pressure monitoring (TPMS) and hill assist.
