Kaiyi's Suez Bridge service centre in Cairo has two sections, mechanical and bodywork
In short
Kaiyi Motors Egypt, the official Kaiyi distributor, opened a service centre at Suez Bridge in Cairo. Its chairman says more service centres and showrooms will open in several governorates.
Kaiyi Motors Egypt (KME), the official distributor of Kaiyi in Egypt, opened its Suez Bridge service centre in Cairo.
The opening was attended by Mr. Steven, deputy general manager of Kaiyi International, and Mohamed Farag, chairman of Kaiyi Motors Egypt. Company leaders, the after-sales team of Kaiyi International and the sales, marketing and after-sales teams of Kaiyi Motors Egypt were there too.
What the centre has
The centre has two main sections. One is for mechanical, electrical and maintenance work. The other is for bodywork and paint. Specialised, trained technicians work there, following the quality standards approved by Kaiyi.
The wider network
The company's own service centres are in Katameya, Suez Bridge, 6th of October and Alexandria. A new centre in Suez governorate is being prepared. The company is also working on new centres in Abu Rawash and Maadi.
Through its approved distributors, it opened an after-sales centre in Mansoura, Dakahlia governorate, to strengthen maintenance and technical support in the Delta. It is getting ready to open new after-sales centres with its approved distributors in Damietta, Assiut and Hurghada in the Red Sea governorate.
What the chairman said
Farag said the Suez Bridge opening is an important step within the company's expansion plan.
He added that after-sales services are at the top of the company's priorities. In his words, the relationship with the customer does not end when the car is bought, it starts there, through maintenance, technical support and spare parts.
He also said that growing the after-sales network goes alongside the company's plans to increase the spread of Kaiyi cars in the Egyptian market.
