By creating a listing on Hatgebk, you agree to the following conditions:
1. ELIGIBILITY
You must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a registered account on Hatgebk
- Be the legal owner of the vehicle, or be expressly authorized by the owner to sell on their behalf
2. VEHICLE REQUIREMENTS
You may only list vehicles that:
- Are legally registered and can be transferred in Egypt
- Are free from theft or illegal acquisition
- Are not subject to ongoing legal disputes or court orders
- Have accurate, untampered odometers and VIN numbers
- If salvage or total loss, are properly disclosed as such
3. LISTING INFORMATION
All information in your listing must be:
- True, accurate, and complete
- Not misleading or deceptive
- Updated promptly when changes occur
Required information includes:
- Vehicle make, model, year, and specifications
- Actual mileage (odometer reading)
- Vehicle condition, including any defects or damage
- Accident history, repairs, or modifications
- Service and maintenance history (to your knowledge)
- Clear photographs of the actual vehicle
4. DOCUMENTATION
You must possess:
- Valid vehicle registration
- Ownership papers (proof of title)
- Any other documents required under Egyptian law for vehicle sale and transfer
5. ENCUMBRANCES AND LIENS
- The vehicle must be free from liens, encumbrances, or claims
- If any encumbrances exist, you must disclose them in your listing
6. PROHIBITED LISTINGS
You may NOT list:
- Stolen vehicles
- Vehicles obtained through illegal means
- Vehicles with tampered odometers or VINs
- Vehicles under legal dispute
- Salvage vehicles without proper disclosure
- Vehicles that cannot be legally registered in Egypt
7. LISTING MAINTENANCE
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your listing information current
- Updating the listing if any details change
- Removing the listing promptly when the vehicle is sold or no longer available
8. PRICING
- State the actual asking price
- Do not engage in bait-and-switch tactics
- Honor the listed price unless mutually agreed otherwise with a buyer
9. PHOTOGRAPHS
- Use clear, accurate photos of the actual vehicle
- Do not use stock images or photos of other vehicles
- Photos should represent the current condition of the vehicle
10. CONSEQUENCES OF VIOLATION
Violation of these conditions may result in:
- Removal of your listing without notice
- Suspension or termination of your account
- Reporting to relevant authorities
- Legal action to recover damages
11. PLATFORM ROLE
Hatgebk is a marketplace platform only. We:
- Do not verify listing accuracy
- Do not inspect vehicles
- Are not party to any transaction
- Do not guarantee any sale or purchase
